Linda Deos 

Linda is entering her 25th year as a practicing attorney. Her woman-owned firm, Deos Law, PC, focuses on representing consumers in disputes with creditors, banks and other financial institutions. In her practice, she has successfully negotiated several settlements on behalf of her clients totaling over a million dollars. Linda serves as a court-appointed mediator in the Eastern District of California and is past-president of the Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum. She also teaches courses on the interplay of bankruptcy law with consumer protection rights.

Linda was awarded a certificate of completion for the Senior Executives in State and Local Government Program, July/2022, John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, Executive Education. She earned her JD from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and her Bachelor’s Degree in International Policy Studies from Middlebury College – Monterey Institute of International Studies. Along with hundreds of hours of continuing legal education in the practice areas of consumer law and bankruptcy, she is a graduate of the Max Gardner Bankruptcy Boot Camp and Josh Cohen’s Student Loan Workshop.
